So I am a little behind with updating my blog!  Here's what I've been doing lately...

* Mississippi State Bulldogs Birthday Cake*

  Since most of you know how big of a MSU fan I am, you know how much I enjoyed doing this cake! :) It was a 1/4 sheet cake/single layer -- Classic White Cake with Buttercream Icing.

Some of my favorite cookies so far!  The cookies matched the colors on the 'Bachelorette Party Getaway Invitation!'

*Summer Flower Cookie Birthday Cake*

This was a Double Layer Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake filled/iced with Rich Buttercream Icing... YUM!! :)

*Deer Hunter Birthday Cake*

This cake was a 1/2 sheet cake -- Single Layer/Classic White Cake.  Iced with Rich Buttercream Icing -- CAMO Style! :)  Cake included trees, 3 bucks, hunter with gun, deer stand, and grassy border :) I had a great time with this cake!  Happy Sweet 16, Landon!

*Camp-out Birthday Party Cookie Cake*

This one was a lot of fun to make too!  This was a Double Layer Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake filled/iced with Rich Buttercrem Icing.  Tootsie Roll "LOGS," Chocolate Covered Nuts/Malt Ball "STONES," Crushed Cinnamon Graham Cracker "DIRT," and red/orange Buttercream "FLAMES" with a "GRASS" Buttercream Border!

*"Mini" MSU Cookie Cake*

This was an 8 inch sugar cookie iced with Maroon and White Buttercream.

*Happy Birthday Dad and Mom*

So I'm a little behind with my updates :)  Our internet has been down for almost a week now, so that hasn't helped much! ....

My mom and dad have birthday a week apart... so you know they EACH had to have a birthday cake!  My parents are my best friends, so I wanted to do something 'special' for each of them!

Mom's birthday cake is an 8 inch round - "Old Fashioned Chocolate" Cake - Buttercream icing with fondant accents :)

Dad's cake is an 8 inch round "Classic White" Cake - Buttercream Icing -- New York Yankees :)

Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture with mom holding her cake... :(   

But I DID get a picture of Dad with his cake :)

Happy Birthday Mom and Dad!  I love you both!

*One Giant Cookie...*

Who doesn't love a GIANT COOKIE?!?!

This is a 'Last Airbender' themed cookie cake for a little boy turning 7.  When his mother requested it, I must admit, I had never heard of The Last Airbender.  

Apparently I am the only one because when I delivered it to her, I got a lot of responses.  Several people knew exactly what it was! :)

Little Lance isn't too fond of cake, so we came up with this idea instead!  It was a lot of fun to make and I think it was perfect for a big group of little boys!
